European designer brings SuperTrash to NY

SuperTrash comes to NYC

Calling all it-girls!

Attention East Coast fashionistas: You, too, can rock the same clothes as seen on some of your favorite celebs like Kim Kardashian, Angela Simmons and Victoria Beckham.

Yeah, you read that right! Today marks the grand opening of internationally renowned fashion expert Olcay Gulsen’s Manhattan flagship store, SuperTrash.

With a dozen locations in London, Holland and Belgium, Gulsen is bringing her Dutch brand store here to the U.S.

Gulsen began her fashion career at the age of 21 after starting a Los Angeles-based agency that specialized in introducing international brands to the U.S. She launched SuperTrash in 2004, and seven years later, she started ‘Olcay Gulsen,’ her high-end line of runway-worthy pieces as seen on Eva Longoria, Sophia Bush and Kristin Cavallari. Gulsen has since been making appearances on international shows, including Holland’s Next Top Model, and stateside television, contributing to CW’s The Daily Buzz and NBC’s Today Show.

We can assure you that the SuperTrash brand isn’t at all what it sounds like. It’s a “true it-girl label for independent women with great sense for fashion and style.” It goes without saying that Kim K., Angela, and Victoria are it-girls who have us swooning over their celeb styles.

From the clothes to the accessories, each SuperTrash piece is effortlessly luxurious, including the Thousandways Dress that can convert into different tops and dresses fit for whatever stylish mood you’re in (be still our beating hearts).

And did we mention the shoes? There are sexy options like these Newdribble Pumps, weatherproof like these Chainrain Boots and everything in between.

Visit the new SuperTrash store today at 29 Prince Street! For all of you who don’t live close enough, all hope is definitely not lost. Shop SuperTrash online in the comfort of your own home!
