Free Black Friday gifts
If you’re shopping for someone who loves the outdoors, check out the Black Friday bargains at Cabela’s — the top-notch retailer specializing in hunting, fishing, camping and other outdoor gear.
Cabela’s is offering free gifts to the first 800 shoppers at each of their retail stores beginning at 5 a.m. Black Friday. Winning shoppers (ages 18 and older) will take home either a Browning A-Bolt Medallion .300 WSM rifle with a Cabela’s 50th Anniversary gun case, a Cabela’s camouflage hooded sweatshirt or a Cabela’s gift card valued at up to $100. (Of course, gun winners will have to go through the standard federal background check.)
If that’s not enough to get you into the store, Cabela’s has released a 28-page Black Friday ad. Highlights include:
- Men’s, women’s and kids’ Caribou Creek fleece jackets — $10
- Garmin etrex Legend HCx — $120
- Bushnell all-purpose binoculars — $25
- Cabela’s Traditional Hawken Flintlock rifles — $400
- Garmin Oregon 450 GPS — $250
- HI-TEC Altitude snow hikers — $70
- Gerber Air Ranger knife — $20
- Camp Chef Explorer stove — $80
Cabela’s doorbusters are the best bargains, but they’re available for only five hours, from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Black Friday.
You don’t have to wait until Black Friday, though: Right now, Cabelas.com is offering savings of up to 60 percent on various hunting, shooting, fishing, boating and camping equipment. Plus, through Nov. 29, you can get free shippping on orders of $99 or more by using the promo code WGIFTS.
